For those of you who are paranoid about the sun and getting burnt during practice, a rashguard provide additional protection for your skin against UV rays.

I noticed that they are now selling them at the Billabong Outlet store at Anchorpoint Shopping Centre.  The price is very good at $35 (regular $70).  They also carry other clothing suitable for dragonboat such as board shorts and bikini tops/bottoms but I did not check the prices for them.

Die hard session #2 (DHS#2) will be this Saturday (20th Dec) but at the earlier time of 9.45am to 12pm (to make sure we are off the water, the boat put away and we have plenty of time to put on our party frocks for the Wedding of the Year!!)....normal time will resume for the next session (DHS#3). New paddlers are most welcome to join!

Hi Folks, the first die-hard practice of the off-season is due on the 13th Dec, normal time, normal meeting place. Can you RSVP so I know how many will be coming?

Nothing too full-on, mainly technique checking, some one-on-one coaching both in the boat and on the beach and a chance to practice what you've just learnt/re-learnt ;)

One of the film students here at Amos' school is looking for extras for his film this Wednesday. It involves free transportation, free drinks, and a free BBQ on Pulau Ubin. It might also involve some swimming. This is your change to shine and start an acting career.
